Notes on Accommodation
The villa is fully air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans in every room. It has wifi plus a large PC screen in the study for those who use small notebooks/laptops. The hifi system is surround sound with speakers throughout the home including the master bedroom and the outdoor pool area. XBox games, a pool table and table football are all available in the villa for the children (and adults!) and the cable TV offers you over 200 channels to choose from. Three telephones are available throughout the home. The pool area is completely secure and enclosed and protected by a mesh Lanai. There are four recliners and a dining table with six chairs for "al fresco" dining. The patio has a ceiling fan over this table plus two of the integrated hifi speakers all of which can be individually adjusted. There is also an outdoor kitchen area with sink, and double electric BBQ. The jacuzzi is heated (no additional charge) and seats at least six adults with a view of the lake. "Thank you for the use of your lovely, comfortable, extremely spacious and well equipped Florida home. It was ideally located for our needs, being a simple 15 minutes drive from the beach and an hour from Busch Gardens. The outside kitchen by the pool was used almost daily and the outlook from the pool over the lake with its wildlife was fantastic. The highlight of the week for all of us, including the thrill ride seekers, was the kayak trip along the Weeki Wachee river, which ended with two manatees swimming under our boats. We'd have no hesitation in recommending your property to our family and friends"

"We had an excellent, relaxing holiday thank you very much. We were very pleased with your home, it came well equipped with all you could ever need for a Floridian holiday. Weeki Wachee is very well located and very much a casual laid back southern area. We enjoyed fishing and travelling up to Homossassa Springs and Crystal Rivers, we took an airboat ride out to the Gulf which was excellent with all the wildlife and even the dolphins turned out to entertain us. Thank you very much for the loan of your property, it really was a beautiful home."
